Remember ten years ago when the &quot;personal webpage&quot; was all the rage and everyone had one and GeoCities and Tripod were battling each other in terms of who could offer the most storage space for free?  Now GeoCities is gone, Tripod pretty much doesn&#039;t exist and all of the free webpage services offer pre-fab template-driven sites.
