Cream Cheese Corn with Jalapenos | Key Ingredient
Corn Casserole…This is a double recipe and can be cut in half for a smaller portion.
2 – Family Size Bag of Frozen Whole Kernel Corn2 – (8oz.) package of cream cheese1 – Stick Unsalted Butter4 oz. Diced Jalapeno Peppers*½ cup Sautéed Onions
Let corn thaw in refrigerator the day before. Cream together softened Cream Cheese and Butter. Mix all ingredients together. Spray sides and bottom of crock pot with a cooking oil and pour in ingredients. Cook on low until hot.
*I could not find a 4oz. jar of diced jalapeno peppers, so I bought the only size they had and judged the portion on how hot I wanted to make the dish.
This can also be baked in a covered dish in the oven.
