Jill's Place

A life in progress, spent mostly in the kitchen

On the cooking agenda for today

Mashed potato casserole, apple brie tarts (no recipe for those, since I mashed up several I found online), sugared cranberries, and caprese bites. Yummmmmmy!!!

The apple Brie tarts are basically phyllo cups with chunks of granny smith apples, a streusel made with melted butter, brown sugar, and chopped toasted almonds, and then topped with a slice of Brie. They were baked at 350 for about 6 or 7 minutes, just until the Brie melted. Mark had one and said they were yummy.
